Preferred Members of the Future Resident Club enjoy opportunities to engage with the community of their choice and the residents in ways not offered to the general public. Some benefits include:

Members can be rewarded for acting quickly when a preferred residence becomes available! PSL will match the original per person Future Resident Club membership fee as a discount off of the associated entrance fee for any member accepting the FIRST residence offered that matches any one of their listed residential preferences. If you decline the first offer, you will still retain your place on the waitlist; however, PSL will not match the membership fee in the future.
As an added bonus, if a member accepts a residence NOT on their preference list,and it is the FIRST residence offered, PSL will honor the membership fee match.
The cost of a membership to the Future Resident Club is $2,500 per person and fully refundable. This membership fee will be deducted from your entrance fee once you sign a contract with the community. There is also a $250 non-refundable application fee for the first person and a $150 non-refundable application fee for the second person in the same household.
